Thanks to Mighty Bargain Hunter for including my post on “Five Things To Do If You Get Laid Off” in this week’s Carnival of Personal Finance. Here are some other posts I liked.
- M is for Money treats savings like any other bill.
- Good to Grow suggests that a silicon oven mitt is “the perfect embodiment of the Good Gift.” I think I might agree.
- Single Guy Money has a good post on credit scores. (Also, read about how I improved my credit score by 200 points.)
- Budgets are Sexy resists the temptation to buy a $2,500 bottle of water.

Hey thanks for the link! Maybe I should send Matt my silicon oven mitt, I don’t like it much. I find them too bulky for my little hands, I need more dexterity.
